I was giving a CLE presentation a little while ago at the Intercontinental Hotel in London to MSI Global, a terrific international network of law and accounting firms.  The topic was how to market a law firm online, using search-engine optimization (SEO) tools and social media.

In attendance were lawyers and accountants from approximately 100 different countries.  After the presentation, Chris Mhike, a terrific lawyer from Atherton & Cook in Harare, Zimbabwe approached me and handed me the sheet below.

Handwritten on it was a simple line:

     “The best Marketer in the world?”

It was one of the nicest things he could have done!  And as speakers, that’s the response we’re always hoping for.
